"The house is beautiful, modern and clean. It offers spacious accommodation for one or two families and has a relaxing open plan area inside. Great for families as the kids liked playing in the large bedroom giving us an opportunity to have some time out. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathrooms had soaps etc. It was a short walk to the beach. As there was a storm one we appreciated the under cover parking. "We picked Middleton Luxury Beach House to take our family and OS guests for a week. We found the house roomy, clean, great indoor & outdoor eating options and a fantastic kitchen that made entertaining easy. It's a proper full sized home, so there was plenty of room to move and with plenty space and privacy for all. It's located in a residential area and the beach is a short stroll away. What we loved about the location was that it was quiet (very homely) and an easy drive to Pt Elliot, Victor, Goolwa, Deep Creek and the Adelaide Hills. "We have just returned from a long weekend at the Middleton Luxury Beach House. It was the perfect place for 3 adults and 4 children. It was just as the photos showed, full of style and comfort. The open living area at the front of the house was excellent with a light and bright feeling, a well equipped kitchen (used the Nespresso machine regularly), comfy couches, huge array of movies to choose. The 2 adults bedrooms were at the front of the house with the kids bedroom separated at the back (perfect to keep the early morning kids noises away from the sleeping adults). The kids thought they were in heaven, it was a perfect bedroom for them with bunks, dolls house, toys, play kitchen, Wii and TV/DVD player. The beds were comfy and the showers hot (even the outdoor one which was great to wash off that Middleton beach sand before entering the house). The cubby with slide was fun and we spent a lot of the time on the front lawn playing games. The front verandah was my favourite place to watch the kids play, enjoy a drink or read the paper.
A great location just a few minutes walk to the beach. Appreciated the bottle of wine from the owner and all communication with him was thorough and friendly.

"Darrell has been an excellent host. Went over their during cricket world cup match and the house is an ideal spot for holidays.
On arrival a personal note from the owner welcoming on board with a bottle of 2012 Shiraz. An extra effort from him.
He was very accommodating in terms of accommodation and directions etc. Sent a separate email with directions, where to park with photos etc
Spoke to him couple of times on phone and was very friendly.
I will definitely recommend him as he is a great host. and the house was full of thoughts for kids, beach chairs, surf boards, bbq, every little thing you need. Simply amazing.
( it had candles in every room, even a massive candle very romantic, media player with movies in it, Bluetooth music sound system etc)
